Plastic and Metal Fabricators
Tecla Company,
inc. makes plastic and metal fabricated parts for consumer and
industrial applications. Our specialty is short run
manufacturing. We manufacture parts for the marine and pet
industries. This requires us to design and build prototypes as
well as design and build tooling to match the sales volumes of
the products. We start by building low initial volumes to
start a product. As the volume increases we then switch to a
different manufacturing processes. Since we make both metal
and plastic parts we can make assemblies using both and we
have the ability to create some very unique products.
Plastic
Fabrication
 We CNC machine
plastic parts, Thermoform and vacuum form parts and short run
injection mold parts. Our Accurouter has a 21 tool change
capacity and we can cut large parts on it's 10' by 5' bed
area. We can CNC engrave almost any design.
Metal
Fabrication
Two large Haas
Vertical Machining centers allow us to precision machine metal
parts up to 6' long. We have CNC saws for precision cut to
length parts and four stamping presses up to 200 ton. We do
short run blanking and forming, CNC bending and riveting,
staking and assembly of metal and plastic parts. We also
fabricate aluminum extrusions.

staff that will design parts in both metal and plastics that
insure that the product or assembly will fit you and your
customer's needs.

Polyethylene,
polypropylene, acrylic, ABS, nylon, Delrin, Lexan, UHMW,
Teflon, PVC Urethanes.

We make parts out
of steel, high and low carbon, stainless steel, aluminum and
brass
