ELECTRIC
SEAT SLIDE & ACTUATOR
Move seats fore & aft with push button ease electrically with
Tecla Marine Product’s Slide Actuator System. The system is
easy to install on standard marine seating.
What’s exciting is that Tecla’s Seat Actuator combines both
the gear drive & a heavy duty slide and rail in one unit. So
the load of the seat and passengers is on the dual slides and
rails, not the gear drive or motor.
The slide and rail are aluminum extrusions like our proven
slide and rail systems used in boat seats since 1976. They
incorporate plastic glides that eliminate metal to metal
contact. They preload the assembly so the seat does not have
excess play in it, and they track straight and true.
SEAT MOVEMENT IS
STRAIGHT & TRUE
Both seat slides move together because a single motor drives
both gear boxes so the slides move fore & aft in unison. The
seat assembly won’t cock to one side even if there is only one
person on the seat. This is a tremendous advantage over
competitive systems.

LOW PROFILE
Less than 2 in. are required between the seat bottom and seat
mounting. Seat slides mount flush on the seat bottom and
flush on seat mounting area.
MARINE GRADE
MATERIALS
Many of the components were developed for automotive seat
applications and meet rigorous automotive testing
requirements. Most components are made of marine grade
materials; aluminum, stainless, and plastic. The complete
assembly was salt spray tested for over 250 hours.

COMPONENTS
Our systems can carry dynamic loads of 250 to 1500 lbs. The
speed range of our drives is 1in./sec. to 6 sec./in...
